Bruce Caszatt Memorial Fund – Player Fee Assistance Program
The Membership Assistance Program (MAP), recently renamed to the Bruce Caszatt Memorial Fund, in honor of Bruce Caszatt, was created to assist players who are seeking financial assistance for their league fees.
The form is confidential and annonmys, with the exclusion of the ECSA Commissioner. Please do not pay your invoice until you receive an email on assistance approval. You will be contacted by the ECSA Commissioner once a decision has been made. We will review applications starting on March 1st and will continue to do so weekly until the Season Change Date.
