Welcome to the Emerald City Softball Association, Open Division (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or participating in our softball programs, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

When visiting our website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

Donors may give to us as a charitable organization. We do not rent or sell our donor information at any time. Other donor activities such as player registration, site visits, etc, as provided below, will be shared accordingly.

3.1. NAGAAA

We share some player information, including name, address, phone number, email address, and player rating, with our national organization, International Pride Softball, also known as NAGAAA, for tracking purposes when players participate in tournaments in other cities or relocate between cities. 3.3. Gravatar

After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public near your comment. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. 3.4. Spam Filtering

Visitor comments and IP addresses may be checked through automated spam detection or reporting services.

4. Data Retention

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
