For over 40 years, the Emerald City Softball Association has been the Pacific Northwest’s largest softball organization geared to LGBTQIA+ and non-LGBTQIA+ individuals in Seattle.
The ECSA Open Division currently hosts teams in the A/B, C, D, and E Divisions. This means, players of all skill levels and interests are welcomed to join, play, build relationships and have fun! Through our dynamic player rating questionnaire provided by North American Gay Amateur Athletic Association (NAGAAA), it allows us to accurately assign player ratings and place players in their appropriate division. This not only supports their skill level as an individual, but also allows for those who are newer to the sport, learn in a safe environment with other players.
The ECSA is one of the largest NAGAAA-member organizations and continues to join their annual Gay Softball World Series (GSWS) tournaments to compete with other top teams around the country and Canada.
Funds raised will go towards our general fund which will contribute to the operations of the league, allow us to maintain safety equipment and devices, and contribute towards our Member Assistance Program (MAP).
